Jennifer Lopez has reportedly told Alex Rodriguez, her fiancé, the relationship has come to an end. The split is rumored to be over Madison LeCroy, star of Bravo’s Southern Charm.
LeCroy dodged questions about the couple’s split on Sunday, March 14, as she was seen leaving the gym in Charleston, South Carolina.
The couple had been in therapy before the rumors but had stated the relationship was fine.
On Monday, March 15, however, Rodriquez, 45, hinted that he and Lopez, 51, were ok. He tagged Lopez in a social media post that read “onward and upward”.
A source has said that Jennifer has been “really embarrassed by it”, referring to the Madison LeCroy scandal.
The explosive allegations came when – in a recent Southern Charm reunion – LeCroy said she had been in contact with a married and ex-MLB player but the name had been bleeped out. Madison said she had been in “innocent” communication with Rodriquez, but that she had never met him in-person.
LeCroy also stated that Rodriguez had “never physically cheated” on Jennifer and that their phone calls had been “inconsistent” and “random”.
Alex Rodriguez remains an important person in the baseball world, both in his broadcasting role and as a Major League Baseball figure. He has admitted his use of steroids during his 22-year career which cost him a spot in the Baseball Hall of Fame.
He has stated that chronic pain in his hip and back as well as his desire to “put up big numbers” drove Rodriguez to take performance–enhancing drugs.
