Private nurse Erin Falati said that Amber Heard, 36, told her that she had a history of bipolar disorder, ADHD, co-dependency, and insomnia during the time she was married to Johnny Depp.

“I have a generalized memory of there being … jealous and anxiety issues, including mistrust within the relationship,” Falati testified. “I have a vague sense of those issues popping up throughout the years, but I wouldn’t say that was a constant theme.”

Falati testified in a pre-recorded video deposition at the trial stemming from Depp’s $50 million lawsuits claiming Heard’s abuse allegations against him damaged his career. The trial is now over with a verdict in favor of Depp.

Falati, who also uses the name Erin Boerum, was a private nurse hired to evaluate Heard starting in 2014. She described the actress as “agitated” and “screaming” in her notes.

The nurse’s notes also cite a history of substance abuse, “including an addiction to cocaine and liquor,” and said Heard “reports she drinks 1-3 glasses of red wine a day.

Heard’s former nurse also recently opened up about her admitting to drug use with a “high profile” name shortly after her break-up with Johnny Depp.

A variety of witnesses factored into the defamation trial between Depp and his ex-wife Heard. A Prerecorded audio deposition of the Aquaman star’s former personal nurse was played. Falati saw Heard just weeks after her break-up with Depp, which is when she admitted to various drug use.

Amber Heard allegedly confirmed her drug use to Erin Falati while the nurse was there to deliver medication. Heard reportedly admitted to ingesting MDMA, mushrooms, and alcohol while attending Coachella back in 2016. According to the notes, this left the actress vomiting for a day straight.
